As most of you know, the real estate market has taken a step back and we are definatley in a buyers market. There is a lot of blame to go around so that will not be done here. Needless to say many agents may be wondering about their careers right now or even considering a career change. Exit Realty preseents an opportunity to make money in Real Estate through sponsorship. The National Association of Realtors are having their mid year meeting this week. Sussex County Association of Realtors is sponsoring an all day bus trip to this event on Wednesday. I have already spoker about this convention in an earlier blog. Also 60 minutes with Steve Morris the founder of Exit Realty is today and still going on as I am writing. The instructor is Ruth Vella and the cost is $20.00 if registered by May 31st/and $25.00 thereafter. Dover Days was held this Saturday, May 5, 2007. Exit Realty participated in this Dover Delaware event. The event is a way for the local community to celebrate the history of Dover, including recreations of Delaware troops of the civil war. This included organizations dressing up in colonial clothing. Ou company participated by having a baby picture contect as well as a raffle for a tool box.
