Nothing will destroy the morale in your business faster than the “Blamer”. You know this guy, right? When something goes wrong, their first instinct is to blame others. Pointing fingers. Shifting the focus away from themselves, and accentuating the fact that THEY were not responsible for the error. Correct in fact, or not, the intention is there: It’s somebody else’s fault.

Friends, I have a question for you, and would appreciate your feedback.
 
For another area of my business, I print codes that can be scanned by iPhones, Blackberrys, Droids, etc, that can directly promote areas of my business that I wish to target. I use this at trade shows, and the like, and put it on flyers. Somebody who click on it can be taken directly to a specific web page, where I have more information about that product, and then can view it on the spot.
