GREAT info! I find my closings of new listings increase in direct proprotion to the amount of time spent preparing the house to go on the market! It really does make a difference. It was critical in a seller's market, but even as the market is shifting, those that sell fastest usually sell at the highest list/sell ratio, and it becomes a win-win situation!
