home staging burlington: Burlington Lakeshore Home Staged & Leased in 7 weeks. Home Staging Before & After Pictures - 07/22/10 05:24 AM
Another one of our staging projects has just wrapped up.  This gorgeous home was on Lakeshore Road in one of Burlington's most prestigious areas; a stones throw from Lake Ontario.  It was listed for sale at $819,000 or lease at $3,000 per month.
We thought this one might be around a little longer since the market has slowed down a bit from its earlier spring bustle.  The property had been listed previously with another Realtor® and was not sold or leased.  The homeowner switched Realtors® and chose one of our Realtor® partners to re-list with.  Dezigner Digz was then brought in to do the home staging.

For those of you who are a Facebook Friend, you probably read a few updates from me about a property that I was going to stage.  This one hit very close to home for me as it was owned by my In-laws.

When selling your home, it's important to make a great first impression (the first rule of home staging).  The same goes for selling your business services - first impressions really count.  It's been over 2 years since I had headshots taken.  The last photos were taken by my Hubby - good thing he's so patient because I had the poor guy take tons of them.

An alarming story out of Brampton, Ontario this week:  It seems that a woman arrived at an open house with two young boys in tow.  While the older child stayed with the agent, the younger child and the woman looked through the house. 
Allegedly, she "relocated" a video-game console, digital camera, jewellery and cash - all into her purse.  The story gets worse.  This wasn't the only open house that she and the boys attended.  She has been charged in connection with thefts at 7 open houses during April and May of this year.  The two children were also arrested but later … (17 comments)
