It is amazing to me that the interest rates are still so low. I received an e-mail of rates from a mortgage lender here in Wilson, NC yesterday. The rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage with 5% down was 5.625. That is incredible! Buyers should be taking advantage of this great time to buy a home...
