It is amazing to me that the interest rates are still so low. I received an e-mail of rates from a mortgage lender here in Wilson, NC yesterday. The rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage with 5% down was 5.625. That is incredible! Buyers should be taking advantage of this great time to buy a home, especially in areas with a high inventory. The inventory in the Wilson, NC area is high right now so it makes it a great time to get out and comparison shop to find a good deal! The first house we bought we had an interest … (0 comments)
