I love waking up early when I don’t have to. Usually that’s the way it is on Sunday mornings. My wife lays there sleeping, the kids aren’t stirring and I treat myself to some peace, read a good book, write a few things in my journal, or even enjoy some quiet meditation. It’s not that I don’t go to church or have some meetings to attend, I do. But before all that begins, I find some time to just be with myself and something greater that I find in the quietness of the morning. I (3 comments)
Logan, Utah – Real Estate Market Report As we come down to the final quarter of the year 2010, I wanted to post some numbers for the last 120 days. The Logan, Utah area is still running at about a 9 months supply of homes on the market with 298 active properties currently listed for sale, and about 33 homes closing each month. The available inventory has remained about the same over the last 12 months, with the exception of a small blip earlier in the year encouraged by the TAX CREDIT.

Brigham City, Utah – Real Estate Market Report As we come down to the final quarter of the year 2010, I wanted to post some numbers for the last 120 days. The Brigham City, Utah area is still running at about a 10 month supply of homes on the market with 119 homes currently listed for sale, and about 12 - 13 homes closing each month. This has been consistent for the last 12 months excepting a small blip encouraged by the TAX CREDIT earlier in the year that was short lived.
Here's a snapshot of how it looks right (0 comments)
Brigham City, Utah - Peach Day's out - 09/12/10 09:29 AM
We'll it's Sunday morning and all the weekend activities for this little town are over, the last hurrah was said at midnight! It was fun and eventful, people from all over showed up to see it out, Last evenings entertainment included a heart pounding base booming concert from a Denver Colorado band named of all things, Kahuna Beach Party- who sang mostly Beach Boys stuff. They were fun and entertaining. Then following up was hypnotist, Kerry Sharp, who had people doing, singing, dancing, BBing, playing secret agent, and a host of hilarious antics that kept the crowd laughing and entertained. Brigham City, Utah – Peach Days, it’s a Tradition - 09/11/10 09:38 AM

And returning again they come, for the Parades (two of them in fact) one on Frday afternoon known as the "Children's Parade" and then on Saturday morning a large parade with miles of floats from all over the state show up to move in persession down Main Street.
