Happy Friday!
 
Another week is coming to an end, but this week was special - it was Valentine's Day.  Did you have a nice one?  I sure hope so. 
 
I'm sharing another picture from our recent ice and snow storm.  We are back to normal now, just gray and cloudy and rainy and cold.  Yep, it feels like February in the Pacific Northwest.

Happy Friday to all!
This picture is another one from our recent snow, ice and wind storm.  It really was something to see.  And since then we've had more winds, rain, and I am happy to say some SUNNY and unseasonably warm days.  In a two week period we went from winter to spring.   However, today... it is feeling like we are back to winter.

Happy Friday to all! 
What a difference  two weeks can make.  This picture was taken at my house just two weeks ago...  I had trees raining down upon my head, we were bathed in ice and snow and we had no power.  Now, just two weeks later, it is suppose to be sunny and in the 50's.  From winter to spring, almost over night!

Here is a quick look at what it going on in the real estate market in our area, zip code 98042...
There are currently 192 homes for sale with prices ranging from $64,500 to $1,475,000.
1 and 2-bedrooms homes for sale: 9 3 bedroom homes for sale: 92 4 bedroom homes for sale: 74 5+ bedroom homes for sale: 17  
There were 32 homes that sold in January, 2012. 26 were re-sale homes and 6 were new construction.
A further breakout shows what type of homes sold..,.
New Construction: 19% Bank Owned: 34% Short Sales: 19% Regular Re-sales: 28%
