Today we are celebrating Memorial Day Weekend Italian Style in Fairfield New Jersey! Our friends are hosting their First Memorial Day Meatball Contest! Yep, that's right we are having a meatball contest! We are one out of twelve families who will be making our usual Italian Sunday dinner (macaroni and meatballs) and each family is to bring 10 meatballs in gravy and the host will supply the macaroni! There should be approximately 120 meatballs which means to taste everyone's meatballs - one would have to eat 12 meatballs!!! I'm sure some of the guys can handle 12 meatballs but not me - I think I'll just stick … (6 comments)
