I spent Friday with Jan and Steve Bachman of Homesbybachman.com. I learned the bewitching hour for photography is the hour before the sun goes down. We walked the Railway Trail and shot some priceless scenes to use for my Southern Maryland Real Estate Marketing Pieces.
I also learned that when you photograph a lot of stuff, you learn to appreciate the beauty of things that surround you because you develop a camera eye.

Okay, yes, as a child I had a bright orange and yellow home at the Beach. But the point is something like color can show your space off as trendy and up to date even when used just as an accessory color. So orange it up for the year!

Better yet, put quick walk breaks and refreshment splurges in between paperwork milestones.
Pick a reward for the end of the day. Maybe a walk with Riley Rover by the Chesapeake Bay.

Buyers should be accompanied by their Agent. Their agent will have Pre qualified them to know that  they are capable of purchasing the  home. There is no reason to compromise your safety or shortcut the steps to purchase.
