What wonderful weather we've been having here in Nebraska this new year! Can you imagine 60+ degrees today? A record breaking day and week! Two years ago we were lucky not to have icycles hanging from our nose and to not step on white snow! Now we can walk around with a light jacket, AWESOME! Plus this is an awesome opportunity to get a look at our two wonderful listings that offer beautiful outdoor living!
