How to Buy a House – What the Heck is a Short Sale? You see a lot of them available, and they stay on the market for what seems like forever, so why are they called Short Sales I get this question a lot, and I thought you might want some information so that you as a potential short sale buyer know what to expect. That’s why it’s my duty to educate homeowners in my community on the cautions they need to take, and what the government has recently done to protect you from unscrupulous individuals and companies who want to take advantage of their desperate situations.
