  What do you do to draw people to your open houses?
                                    I bet there are a lot of creative things being done to
                                    create excitement. I've seen everything from door prizes to pony
                                    rides. please share your experiences.

                                    are not just tire kickers or hungry neighbors looking  for a free

Flyers and Brochures for Agents... Any tips! - 04/13/08 09:08 AM
As you know I am just starting out and wondered if anyone had any special tips for hand outs  for agent recognition that would not be too expensive that I could hand out at open houses and for mailers.  content tips or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Is the Palm Treo the best choice for the Real Estate Agents PDA ? - 04/05/08 07:15 AM
After lots of research I came to the conclusion that the Palm Treo is the most used PDA for the Real Estate Industry,   as it even can replace the key pad to gain entry to lock boxes ect.   I am thinking about purchasing a Palm Treo 750 as I have to go with AT&T for the best reception in my area.   But I am hung up on the operating system.  The one I am looking at comes with Windows for Mobile 5.0.   Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
