The median price for condos was $250,000 which is 8% more from December 2014. Properties spent an average 46 days on the market, 10 less than the previous year.
However Condos dipped in 2015 by 3% from the year prior with 3,057 condo sales; with a median sales price for condos $227,700 a 6% increase from 2014 with an average 43 days on market in 2014.

I was out of town visiting my sister today in our home town Barksdale and Camp Wood which lies 3.5 hours South West of Austin in the Texas Hill Country, after visiting I decided to travel back to Austin passing through a small community north of Barksdale named Vance where I have many fond memories.
