Wow! What a thought-provoking book! The author has given me a gem and I definitely plan to make this book a part of my reference library.
After reading the chapter entitled "The Problem of No Problem" I performed the exercise that determined my KEY areas for focus. Is it my Professional Life, my Lifestyle, or my Health and Vitality. It was a HUGE surprise to me to learn that I'm on track to the future I seek professionally, but I have essentially been ignoring the vehicle that I will need to take me there: my body.
