2012-03 Mid Month - Buyers Activity Report March web site visitors to date is up slightly for the month from March 2011 There are currently 113 properties for sale in Uxbridge and it's Hamlets of Coppins Corners, Goodwood, Leaskdale, Sandford, Udora, and Zephyr, ranging in price from $187,000 to $2,150,000 In looking at the chart below you will notice the average value of homes viewed is slowly rising. This is not an indicator that values are Rising ..... it is simply a reflection of the values of properties that are currently being viewed.
