I think the key word here is WAS. In Reston, VA in the last couple of months, we have experienced quite a change in the market. Late last year, we started to see multiple offer situations more often than usual, but people were still bidding under list price. Depending on the area, we are definitely experiencing what I would consider a seller's market in the Northern Virginia real estate market.
