Enough of the doom and gloom already! The sun is shining in Sicamous and the temp is about -3C maybe higher, I haven't been outside in hours but my office is nice and toasty. The January activity for "me" has been very serious , serious buyers, so that means more qualified & want to buy. More...

Early morning: lurky, foggy, a little thick & a bit dense (pretty much describes me) NO silly outside. Does that make sense?
