44 Condominiums sell in Nashua in October 2008. November 7, 2008 by Lisa Waller-Gage The Northern New England Real Estate Network reported that in the month of October, 2008, 44 condominium proprties sold. The condomimiums that sold in October sold for prices ranging from $162,000 to $455,000. The average price was $216,120 and the average days on the market were reported as 129, they sold for an average of 97% list to sales price ratio.
