client appreciation: How I show my clients I am thankful

I like to show that I am thankful for my clients by giving them the best service possible, delivering the desired results, and keeping them fully informed at all times. After all, that is really why they hire us, isn't it? More than the housewarming gift or the dinner or the bottle of wine, they want us to deliver on service and results. Is the house warming party more important than getting the house at a price they can afford? I think not. client appreciation: What Do You Take for a Pop By?

I confess that I am in the midst of the Buffini 100 Days to Greatness class. It is being given by Coldwell Banker, my company, so I am surrounded by fellow agents whom I haven't met before the class. I am having a great time learning from the class work and from my fellow agents. One of the things that Buffini recommends is pop bys to visit past clients. Since Buffini is a referral based approach to developing your real estate business, pop bys (quick visits) are a key component of the program. I am trying to think of items
