If you've read my recent blogs, you'll remember that my husband and I recently joined the Kraft Family YMCA in Apex, NC. We like the Y so much that we're now becoming a little compulsive about it! I've become addicted to the Yoga classes, survived a Spin Cycling class, and today took the Mat Pilates class for the first time Yes, the Pilates was tough, because, no, I don't have abs of steel. Although the YMCA pool has been open in the summer for a couple of years now, the main YMCA finally opened this April. What a huge success it has been. My husband Jeff and I joined in April and have been amazed at all the people that are attending. They have a spacious fitness center with weights and aerobic machines, plus 2 gyms for basketball, a indoor track, and of course,mens' and womens locker rooms with showers, a sauna and steam room.
