Just a quick post concerning Las Vegas real estate. While 2007 was the year to name Las Vegas, Miami and California in every single negative media article, things are certainly starting to change for 2008 (for Las Vegas anyways) according to numbers that I see for Las Vegas real estate being reported in the Las Vegas MLS.
