Comparing Collingwood – Blue Mountain Real Estate to Ontario - 02/18/08 01:40 PM
Some days I feel like the Georgian Triangle is the most expensive area in the province and on other days, not so much. It varies depending on whom I'm dealing with that day and what it is that I'm viewing, appraising, listing or looking for. Is there a way to really know how real estate in the Collingwood and Blue Mountain areas compare to other places? As a bit of statistics junky, I've always found this particular report (0 comments)
A Magic Secret In Collingwood - 02/14/08 09:41 AM
There is a magical place in Collingwood and it's one of the towns best kept secrets. Seeing their art on public display encourages the creativity in children and promotes self esteem. Can you imagine how a young person might feel (1 comments)

Buyer Sues Agent Over Property Value - 02/07/08 02:05 PM
The New York Times ran an article a couple of weeks ago that reported on a lawsuit in the U.S. It appears that a person felt she had paid over the market value for her home so, she is now suing her real estate agent, saying it was his fault. From reading the article, I gather that basically, this lady and her hubby bought their million dollar+ home at the height of the real estate boom in California. After they moved in, they became more aware of property values in their new neighbourhood and subsequently felt that their agent had misrepresented the value of (5 comments)
