Where is Spring? - 03/19/07 10:16 AM
In Auburn, Maine last week the temperature was reaching the 60 degree mark, and now, after the St. Patrick's Day Nor' Easter, the temps are barely in the 30's. Although everything is beautifully white with virgin snow, the sun still beats down with rays of warmth. The only cure for winter is "mud season" as is noted on the local TV commercial by Tim Sample. It's hard to keep one's mind on real estate when you've had a taste of the warm sunny days and all your mind does is wander, longing for more. Doesn't it remind you of your first love? You know that feeling.. when your heart skips (0 comments)

A good Buyer's Agent is invaluable to a Buyer, and can be the difference between a wonderful transaction, and a (1 comments)
