One of the favorite things I enjoy about being a Realtor is helping First Time Buyers acquire ownership in their first real estate. I would say "Their First Home", but sometimes, albeit rarely, people buy their first investment property before they buy their first home.
What I especially like about helping the First time Buyer is sharing my knowledge and watching them learn. I imagine it must be akin to the kind of satisfaction a dedicated teacher gets from watching an eager student grasp their lessons, and seeing them eager to learn more.
