What would you do with $425,000???? You deserve it!!! - 09/25/08 02:04 PM
Did anyone out there hear what the President of the United States had to say last night? Well, what do you think? I recieved an email today addressing the issues and planned resolutions the president spoke on. Tell me what you think. I'm against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG. Instead, I'm in favor of giving $85,000,000,000 to America in a "We Deserve It Dividend". To make the math simple, let's assume there are 200,000,000 bonafide U.S. Citizens 18+. Our population is about 301,000,000 +/- counting every man, woman and child. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 and up. So divide 200 million adults 18+ (6 comments)

Y'all who make fun of Cecil County, take a look at the monthly market report. As some may know, I reside in Cecil County, on my lovely farmette with my menagerie of kids and animals. Often one may wonder if the county itself will hold it's value in Real Estate. I have noticed a pattern that Cecil County is steadily continuing to increase value, while Harford and Baltimore continue to drop. Why is this? I feel as if more people are beginning to realize what their dollar will buy them in Cecil County. You get more for your money, as (0 comments)

Recently, while thumbing through the pages of the Sunday Edition of The Baltimore Sun, I came accross an article to solidfy the fact that the company which I choose to hold my affiliation with is head and shoulders above the rest. The Baltimore Sun did a report on the top Real Estate websites in the area. THey studied a few extremely important points like accessibility, reliability, user friendliness, accuracy, and credibility. Realtor.com, homes.com, cbmove.com, and longandfoster.com were the top sites that were rated. Ratings were between 0 to 4 stars. The Baltimore Sun is an extremely reputable newspaper in the (2 comments)
