As a previous resident of Panama City Beach, Fl, I am PO'd about the entire Gulf oil spill and the response(or lack of it). After all, I spent a lot of my military years in the 90's teaching Navy Divers and Marine Recon Divers in those exact waters. I remember crawling through the white sand (and became sugar cookies) way too many times, but wow, that have been pretty bad to roll through a HOT chocolate chip (tar ball)  and become a sugar cookie with chocolate chips!
