To everyone who wasn't in a position to take advantage of the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit, you get another chance!
Which means you can buy a home, furnish it and put a little money away for a rainy day!
Other good news; the credit has been expanded to include current owners who are looking to purchase a second home or are looking to move into another home.
In order to qualify for the credit, all contracts need to be in effect no later than April 30, 2010 and close no later than June 30, 2010.

Here's a nifty and easy way to print labels on the mac using the address book. As many of you know, the ease of using a mac is becoming ever more apparent with each passing day. I've been a believer for 8 years (due to being a graphic designer). The mac will make your personal as well as your professional life much easier.

CNN money has voted Durham 12 out of 100 to live and start a business! Wow! Durham out of Triangle? How do you like them apples?
Of course with the tech and bio and research companies here it would make sense that Durham was rated as such. Let's not forget Duke Basketball!

More great news for North Carolina  and for those planning to relocate to the Triangle. Although the state's unemployment rate reached a 16 month high of 4.9 percent in January, economists  say that North Carolina is doing well enough to avoid the the recession.According to a senior economist at Wachovia Securities, the state's economy "is still growing although at a slower pace."
