Boy, these sound great...I think I will get some vegetables and make this tonight...
1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch dice
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces green beans, cut into 1 inch lengths
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips

I got this out of the paper yesterday and made it last night...it was yummy...
1/3 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teason sweet paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly gr

Buffalo Chicken Dip
4 cup Cooked and cut up chicken
2 8 oz bricks of cream cheese
¼ to 1/3 bottle of Frank's Hot sauce
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Celery
Top with Monterey Jack cheese
Mix together and bake for about 30 minutes
Serve with Fritos...
