I can remember when I was taking out a buyer to look for a townhouse on Staten Island's South Shore.  It was a Saturday, and I lined up 5 houses in her price range. One stand out house was a 3 bedroom in Eltingville, great location and easy access to public transportation, good size home.  The advertisement for this particular unit read, "condition excellent." We arrived at the property and went in. The garage was stacked floor to ceiling with worn boxes and items tossed atop- not ready for the sellers anticipated move. Every inch of living room furniture was dumped on by clothes and more stuff. … (5 comments)
