We aren't talking about condo fees, something every buyer needs to consider when they are looking at their budget but instead they were focusing on construction.
Many of the "garden" style low rise condos they looked at reminded them of their days in a college dorm. What they noticed the most was the noise! If they were looking … (8 comments)

There is a lot going on in the North Woodbridge area.  Cindy Jones is fortunate to be involved in a couple of local groups that are working towards helping the area achieve the vision for the area.  It isn't a short term project and there are plenty of hurdles to jump but it shows her committment to the area where she lives and works.

Urban sprawl is what most people think of when they drive across the Occoquan River on Route 1 into Prince William County (PWC). Neighborhoods disconnected from shopping, little green space or limited sidewalks for safety.

cj realty group: Does This Convey With The House? A Simple Checklist - 01/06/11 12:58 PM
It is a question that comes up over and over again when buyers are looking at property.  Sometimes it is obvious and other times it can be a bit of a grey area.  Unlike other parts of the country it is usual in Northern Virginia that all of the appliances convey with the home, including the washer and dryer.  Occasionally you find a seller who doesn't want to include the washer and dryer but it is rare that you don't get the full package with the home.
Where things start to get a little fuzzy is when you start walking through … (2 comments)
