May Sales in Riverview School District Last month 22 home sellers entered into sales contracts and only 40% were at prices below $400,000. Compared to 2006 and 2005 which had 45% and 60% more sales at significantly lower prices (more than 65% were priced below $400,000 in ‘05). Interest rates are still very good so the higher prices appear to be the cause of the slow down. 44 new listings came on in May, bringing the total to 127 homes now available. 25% of the Active listings have been on the market for 2-4 months and another 25% from 4-12 months. … (0 comments)
