These numbers are provided by the 5 County Western NC Regional MLS system and representresidential home sales in Buncombe (Asheville Area), Haywood, Henderson (Hendersonville Area), Madison and Transylvania (Brevard Area)  counties.  Land/lots are not included in these figures.  If you would find other stats helpful, such as individual counties, let us know. 
 
Not much change since June.  Sold properties moved up a little as did sold prices.  The strong buyers market continues and inventory crept down a wee bit.  Buyers have a great selection to choose from including short sales and foreclosures which generally take some patience … (2 comments)
