It never fails.
Most days I can pretty easily assume that I've seen it all in real estate.  There really isn't much that surprises me anymore when it comes to what you find in some houses.
Still, there comes that rare moment when I learn that there are still some things that can still surprise me.  So, the other day, while visiting a few foreclosures, I ran across what you see below.  I had to take a photo because I knew no one would believe it otherwise.

I was reviewing my RSS reader feed this morning and came across a post on InmanNews entitled, 4 ways to justify your real estate commission.  Now, to be fair, I didn't get to read the whole article because it was a premium piece and I was out of the 'window' for the free look.
