BOA Has to pay - 12/03/09 04:30 PM
After applying pressure to BOA's CEO and Chairman without any resolution I made a call to the investor.  What BOA failed to realize is I was fully aware who the investor on the file was-Fannie Mae.  I spoke to Fannie Mae and provided the detailed paper trail on the file.  Fannie Mae looked at the detail and stated I should be paid 15% on this file, she was very nice.  I agreed with her and said just get me what was agreed to by the seller under my contract.

If you would like to move to the Zimmerman area, you can now receive $12,500 for down payment/closing cost assistance to purchase a foreclosed home in either the Pioneer Ponds or Countryside Estates Neighborhoods of Zimmerman and when you sign a Repayment Agreement and not be subject to Resale Restrictions.
