Did you see the smoke? - 09/28/08 08:23 AM
While showing homes on Saturday we came out to find smoke in the air.  We walked toward the beach to see where the smoke was coming from.  It turns out there was a detonation done on the beach.  We couldn't see anything else because the police were going door-to-door asking owners to leave and they asked us to get in our car and drive away.  And who says it is quiet in Sea Isle during the off season?

Sea Isle City Homes Sold for the Week of September 20 to 27 - 09/28/08 08:19 AM
There were two homes that sold this past week and five that are now "under contract".  The homes that sold are as follows:

Sea Isle City to Flush Water Systems - 09/23/08 06:22 AM
The city will start flushing the water system beginning in the coming weeks and end Friday, October 31.  During this time you may experience low water pressure and/or discoloration.  This flushing is done in the spring and in the fall.  For more information call 263-6000.

Sea Isle City Homes Sold for the Week of September 6 to 13 - 09/13/08 02:26 PM
This week there were two condos that sold and three that are now "under contract".  This is typical for the beginning of the month.   The first unit was located at 7101 Landis Avenue, 2nd Floor, originally listed at $579,000 sold for $507,000 after being on the market for 336 days.  The second unit was located at 101 39th Street, Unit "A", listed at $439,000 and sold for $407,500 after 106 days on the market.

City Council Meeting Set - 09/12/08 12:58 PM
There will be an open meeting on Tuesday, September 16 at 10 a.m. at the Public Safety Building, 233 JFK. Blvd. to hear from the public as to their opinion on the proposed concept of adding amusements to the city's pending marina project.  The plan to install a new boat ramp and bulkhead, a new bayside boardwalk, enhanced lighting and landscaping.  They are also looking into the addition of "kiddie" rides, kiosks and a gazebo.
