The COLES CROSSING CROCODILES are gearing up for another fantastic season.  With more than 350 swimmers this year, the CROCS will be tough to beat!!  Swimmers are ages 5-18, and they compete against other area teams of like size.  My kids LOVE the competition and the social time with neighborhood friends.  We also enjoy seeing friends from our old neighborhood swim team--nothing like a little rivalry to get one swimming his/her best!!

TAX Credit Deadline 
Well, the April 30 tax credit deadline has officially passed. **  Those that had a contract signed and executed by April 30 and CLOSE(D) on or before June 30 will get to take advantage of this government freebie.  Some sellers are concerned that demand for housing will drop dramatically now that the tax credit incentive is gone; however, I currently have a handful of buyers who were in no way "hurried" by this incentive.  Finding the perfect home for their needs was more important than the tax credit.  J
