Things are heating up in Northern Virginia. I have been listing Bank Foreclosures and they are selling as quickly as I can get in on the Market. I believe that part of my success is due to the lower list price.
I have a listing in Centreville, VA on 5-acres that will priced around $1 Million and I am curious if I will get the same response...

Hello!
I just got introduced to Active Rain through a networking class that I am enrolled in through my company, Century 21 New Millennium. 
So, it makes me curious how/if anyone has found this website helpful? Are most of you using this blog to reach out to Buyers/Sellers? To network with other Realtors? or To expand your referral network? or To simply be able to express yourself to others that can relate?
