This Just IN!  Keller-Williams is now ranked the 3rd largest of all real estate companies in the US.  How wonderful to have a ranking like this in this year 2009!  The culture that is Keller Williams promotes success on all levels, family, spiritual, and business.  With this great culture, it is a helping hand that moves each agent up the ladder in their career and thereby moves the company too.

Are We Stimulated Yet? A Fort Worth kind of thing! - 02/22/09 12:11 PM
i THINK THAT WHAT I see stimulated are agents!  The ones of us who want to be successful in representing our sellers are being very straight forward with our clients who are considering selling there homes this Spring.  Most agents that I know are always honest, but right now, it is important that the good agent takes the initiative and does not let the seller believe falsely that he "might" be able to price his home high and get an acceptable offer!

CREDIT SCORES AND THE BAIL OUT! BANKS VS HOMEBUYERS - 02/03/09 08:29 AM
 

Bail Out....SCHMAIL OUT!.....The more that is reported in the media of all kinds, all parties, etc. the more concerned I hear people becoming.  The economists report that if we did nothing, the recovery might happen before much of the money actually reaches the places it is needed.  There are measures being brought before Congress to put in a clause to cause the money of the bail out to stop once their are 2  reporting periods showing stabilization.......We ALL NEED TO TALK TO OUR AREA REPRESENTATIVES AND STATE OUR CONCERNS.  Now here is one of the ironies that I see.
