Real Estate Market Update for Bristow, VA 20136
The median sold price for homes in the Bristow area in the month of March was $380,000, that is a 7.8% increase month over month and a 18.5% increase year over year. Despite the low inventory there were 39 closed sales. That number is down from last year but an increase of 21.88% month over month.
The average day on the market is 46 days and of the homes that sold the average sold price verses original list price was 97.6%.

Real Estate Market Update March 2012 for Prince William County, Manassas City & Manassas Park
Manassas City medium sold price in the month of March is $220,000, this is a 37.5% increase over last year. Prince William County showed a 20% increase while Manassas Park came it with a 14.68% increase over last year.
Even with the low inventory Prince William County and  Manassas City showed an increase in the number of properties sold. This is the being of a good spring market with all signs that the real estate market is starting to recover.
