Fairview and Lucas Texas are enjoying an increase in homes on the market inventory. Most of the DFW metroplex cannot say this. There were 28 homes on the market compared to December 2012 having only 8. Days on market was low with under 30 days to sell your home in Fairview and Lucas! Wow!

What a year for 2013!!
It was a whirlwind year for sellers in the Wylie, Texas area.

Comparing sales with November 2012, I am seeing some significant changes in the home sales market for Wylie, Texas in November 2013. I am sure this report is an indication of changes for all of North Texas.
Fewer Listings Median Sales Price Increases Lower Days on Market Lower Supply Lower Closed Sales As indicated on the chart below the median home sales price had a 20.9% increase in sales price. This means in 2013 the median increase in sales price was $32,700! WOW ! That is a great news!

Last year I attended this event with the NPC Motorcycle riders , dressed as motorcycle riders of course! We backed in our motorcycles, opened up our sidebags and filled them with candy. It was so fun to see all the little kids (and some BIG kids!) enjoy a SAFE way to Trick or Treat!
