Well when it comes to real estate marketing, that's the case. When you are looking to sell your home, do you just want it posted to the local MLS and a sign in the yard and hope someone sees it? Or your agent is a Realtorsaurus and holds open houses in hopes that a neighbor is going to buy your home? You think it's a great idea?! Guess what?! You don''t have to do that anymore!
