Someones going to get bit in the butt..Tax Credit Crunch
I sure hope it's not you and your buyer!
The trend of buyers offers this week is writing multiple offers on more than one home... I personally do not like this approach.
I do know that investors use this tactic a lot BUT this is FIRST TIME HOME-BUYERS doing this.
It is like a buyers feeding frenzy on who will bite to their offer and give them the best deal the quickest.  I thought home ownership was about falling in love with a place to call home and … (4 comments)

Fall is here both on the calendar and in the air!
As well as the upcoming end to the First Time Home-buyer tax Credit ...
In order to be eligible for the credit, you must close the home by November 30, 2009!  That does not leave much time if you think about it, because a normal home sale transaction (lender dependent as well as various other factors), takes on the average 30-45 days to close.
