I have been working on some short sale offers, listings and foreclosed on properties and have had to speak with numerous lenders over the past week. Pretty much all with just about the same result of progress - zip,zilch, zero!!!. I was contemplating all of this- this afternoon as a more than unusual day of stress came crashing down on me between work, blogging issues, website snags, personal issues, everything! If it were going to go wrong, today was the day....
