The average Tigard Oregon home sale price was up 11.6% from a year ago. The number of active listings in Tigard (38) was up about 192%. This is encouraging news, but compared to March 2011 listing of 13, we are still well short of a healthy real estate market. Days on market before the house sold (172) was an increase of 29.4%.
