February is always known for Valentines but also as Heart Health Month. Everyday we work hard and try to squeeze all we can do in a day but we need to take time out for ourselves. We had a Sales Counselor here in Cinco Ranch that was too busy to take time out to go get checked even though she was in excruciating pain; by the time she finally went to the doctor the test they concluded she had had a heart attack; she then had surgery; she was lucky her heart attack did not kill her. … (7 comments)
