My husband and partner, Paul, is in the next room gleefully taunting me about all the points he has earned! Not to be outdone, I decided this was just the motivation I needed to update my profile and send out a BIG HOWDY to all you wonderful people! So far, I am pretty impressed with the blogs and the Q&A posts I've seen. What a great resource this is! Can't wait to meet more of you folks personally.

A little about me...my favorite color is purple, I LOVE animals, and I stay up way too late at night! Tell me about YOU!!

Wow, there are quite a few vampires out there! Hey Bruce, I love dogs, too. I have a Golden Retriever who is my BIG BABY. If I can figure out how to stick a picture on here I will share one. We also have three cats, so it starts feeling like a zoo at our house sometimes.

Hi Kathy - Welcome to AR. I will be looking forward to hearing more from you in the future. Anyone who is passionate and enthusiastic, loves purple, staying up late and animals has just got to be fun.

I'm up too late again tonight. Color is important to me and it depends on what we're talking about when it comes to color. I wear black a lot. I do like purple and have a number of pieces of amathyst. For cars I prefer taupe. My main goal in life is to have fun. I even have fun while I'm working. If there isn't an element of fun, it's difficult for me to do it for very long.

Marlene: Thank you so much for saying "hi"! I was passionately and enthusiastically painting my mom's house today! Well, maybe not THAT enthusiastic, lol. Actually, the best part of my day today was coming home to the "welcome home dance" that my dog does for me :)

Jason Smith: I'm scared of you! I've never known anyone with aspirations of county domination ;-) (if you're an Austin Powers fan, that will make more sense) My husband is beating me again, but ha ha, he's in bed and I'll have him whooped by morning!

After reading the blog and all the comments, it is clear that AR is the best site for our industries! : )

We all have late nights and compassion for animals in common. That has to be a good thing. : )

What lake do y'all sail on? I was just out on Lake Lewisville on Sunday and saw a BEAUTIFUL sailboat... was it yours?

I am still a newbie to AR... I wish I would have known about this site a long time ago... : )
