Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker at Success Realty

I want to design and devlop a new website. I'm having problems with the Coldwell Banker websites that come with the profile subscription.

It has to be fully interactive - I want to have control over updates and editing. Allow me to link to my boards IDX, post my own listings or let me link to the Coldwell Banker listing site.

Cost has to be reasonable etc.

I've investigated Point2Agent and it seems to be very user friendly.

But are there any others that you recommend?

Has anyone had a problem with Point2Agent?

Thanks for asking this question Earl, I have it bookmarked. I have been using one of the big name templated sites for several years with little success and just started looking for something new. I hear lots of good things about Point2Agent and look forward to following what other ActiveRain users have to say.

I have two sites. One is a Point 2 site. www.trinitypointhomes.com. This one is for the development I represent. Great system to work with.

The other one is with Z57. This is my personal site. It should go live next week.

Z57 does not have a good way to set up for new homes exclusively. Also this way I get a chance to see which one I like best.

On the Point 2 site do you permit the "handshake" option?

I have had my Point 2 site for over three years now. It has worked very well for me and is easy to customize for SEO. I do handshake but only with agents from my area and ones that do not post rentals. I did not like getting calls on listings I knew nothing about. I know it is a referral opportunity but if can not talk intelligently about a property you lose credibility.
