Pre-listing Home Inspection Raleigh area

Would it not be nice if all of your clients prepared their houses to sell quickly? Even FSBO Home Inspections should be done (best to work with an agent though). We completed a pre-listing Home Inspection in Raleigh last week and found a lot of rotten exterior trim, some siding issues and the other typical flaws. If a buyer fell in love with the home, paid for a Home Inspection, and a long repair list was generated, it often turns people off.
