Yesterday I attended an all day workshop given by the New Jersey Citizen Action Committee in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. My mind is boggled with all the information provided to help clients and their family and friends try to find a solution to the prevalent problem of short sales and foreclosures. If anyone would like to know where to direct their clients in the State of New Jersey, feel free to contact me. Additionally, I learned of a new mortgage program going into effect today for first time home buyers to access $5000 of their $8000 tax credit for use torward closing costs and prepaids at the time of the sale! Very exciting!
