  Hi, my name is Linda Jo Poindexter and I am an Associate Broker at FIVE STAR REALTY K-BEACH BRANCH in Soldotna, Alaska. I am a member of the Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, along with being a member of the Alaska Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I hold two designations, "ePRO" i.e.: electronic professional, which makes it easier for me and my clients to work together for smoother transactions, if they have a connection to the internet. I am an old fashioned gal from the small town of Homer, Alaska, so I can also be there for you if you have no internet connection at all. My other designation is "CRS" i.e.: Certified Residential Specialist, which means I have put many hours in classes to better serve you and help you with listing and selling your home, as well as helping you as a buyer to get the best deal whether you are buying a home, land or investment. As a seller, I will provide as many creative ways to market your home as I can to help get the best price available, and I will be there to negotiate to make the sale of your home as smooth as possible.  As a buyer, I will work as long as it takes to help you find the perfect home, land or investment.
